It's official!
Heidi Diaz (and Brandon Diaz) have been served! Heidi is due to appear before the court on November 1st and Brandon is due to appear on November 2nd.
Now we wait and see if she actually shows up or thinks she can just ignore it and it will go away - as was her theory about ignoring all the "haters" and "Negative Nancies". Heh.

I'm itching to hear the details! And wow I wish KTLA had been there with their cameras rolling to catch the expression on her face! Ya know, I'm betting she just flashed the server that same smirk.
Am stunned that Brandon was served also! wow. Could you please post a recap of the exchange between you and Brandon from some weeks back? I'd like to see that discussed in light of today's developments, especially if Brandon does show up for his deposition on Friday.
