Update - Kimkins Loses a Staff Member
Another update:

Kimmer is being pelted with questions on the forum and not really having a great evening!
One poster asked Kimmer to explain exactly what Becky was concerned about and Kimmer replied -

Kimmer: "To be honest, you're bordering on rude."

Why is it rude to ask why a leading member of a large online diet group was concerned about legal liability? I think the members have a right to ask that question and have it answered without Kimmer's sarky comments or attempts to deflect the question and try to make the poster feel bad.

Read the update to the post about Becky / Littlebit leaving Kimkins here:

Has Kimkins Lost a Staff Member?

Kimmer had responded on the forum to the many inquiries as to Becky's disappearance. The KK members were not satisfied with the pat answer that she had left to "start a family business". They knew that something wasn't right and persisted until Kimmer finally answered.

Kimmer's original response has been edited. This line was removed - "She was concerned that her comments as a moderator could leave her vulnerable to liability of some sort."

However, one of the posters asked for an explanation of the edit on Kimmer's post. Kimmer finally had to admit that Becky was concerned about potential legal liability for some of her posts on the website.

Seems to us that Becky is one smart cookie. She can read the writing on the wall and doesn't want to get dragged under alongside the Kimtanic.

did you know that it's illegal to post something from a paid website on a public site? you are violating privacy issues.

First, let me say that I am posting something from two sources - 1) an email sent to me by a KK member and 2) KK members' posts on FREE forums, so nice try, but no dice.

Second, I find it incredibly ironic that you would point out a "violation" on my part, but don't seem to care about Kimmer's fraud.

Cognitive Dissonance!

Anonymous? WHATEVER.

Why would anyone believe what is said by the owner of the paid site? WAKE UP.

A lot of people are suggesting that those who are "rocking the boat" and asking the wrong questions might be moles.....My thoughts….those who are so vehement in their ass-kissing to Kimmer, they’re the moles! A mole isn’t going to rock the proverbial boat, but someone like OSusana or Vernswifevickie - they’re so far up Kimmer’s butt, she couldn’t see if they were moles or not! Not saying those two are, but a mole is usually someone who really tries hard to portray loyalty and isn’t going to jeopardize their access by rocking the boat is all I’m saying!

I must say that many of us are using Kimkins/KE with great success. Often we are cycling it with other plans.

Do your own research, and quit listening only to people who have failed on that way of eating. How about trying the plan?

Lynne, apparently you haven't read this blog :) As you can see, plainly, I have done my research. VLCD's are dangerous - especially when used without the advice and monitoring of a medical professional (which Kimmer is NOT.)

Of COURSE people are losing weight on the plan! Anyone that doesn't eat will lose weight. That's a no-brainer. The problems that come into play are the long term affects that are not immediately understood or warned about by those promoting this plan.

I don't only "listen to people who have failed on that way of eating." Don't make assumptions, that's never a good thing to do.

Do YOU know why Becky left? She didn't "fail on that way of eating." Oh no. Maybe you should find out.

Malnutrition, loss of muscle mass, metabolism issues, thyroid issues, cardiovascular issues - no thanks, you couldn't pay me to risk doing that to my body.

Also Lynne, if K/E works so great, WHY do you have to cycle it with other plans?!?!?!? Uh huh.

Encourage people who were members of Kimkins to join the Kimkins lawsuit!
