Kimmer is being pelted with questions on the forum and not really having a great evening!
One poster asked Kimmer to explain exactly what Becky was concerned about and Kimmer replied -
Kimmer: "To be honest, you're bordering on rude."
Why is it rude to ask why a leading member of a large online diet group was concerned about legal liability? I think the members have a right to ask that question and have it answered without Kimmer's sarky comments or attempts to deflect the question and try to make the poster feel bad.

Has Kimkins Lost a Staff Member?
Kimmer had responded on the forum to the many inquiries as to Becky's disappearance. The KK members were not satisfied with the pat answer that she had left to "start a family business". They knew that something wasn't right and persisted until Kimmer finally answered.
Kimmer's original response has been edited. This line was removed - "She was concerned that her comments as a moderator could leave her vulnerable to liability of some sort."
However, one of the posters asked for an explanation of the edit on Kimmer's post. Kimmer finally had to admit that Becky was concerned about potential legal liability for some of her posts on the website.
Seems to us that Becky is one smart cookie. She can read the writing on the wall and doesn't want to get dragged under alongside the Kimtanic.
