Foster Parent Status

We recently reported that we have been seeking to verify Kimmer's claims that she is a foster parent.

We have contacted many various state officials in California over the last week.

We have been unable to verify these claims.

State of California -

If a person is found to be medically disabled and / or collecting Social Security Disability, then yes, they would be immediately disqualified from the Foster Parent program.

Be aware - Beware.

I am just curious what you and the others who have littered the low carb community with angry diatribes are going to do if and when you put Kimkins out of business. Maybe then you will go after Suzzane Sommers who also has no medical training to dispense diet information or perhaps you will try to dismantle the Low Carb Friends website for hosting a Stillman's forum which is essentially the same thing as Kimkins. Oh I forgot, there's the class-action lawsuit that you are probably already planning against Kimmer. That could take years, so I suppose you WILL have something to do with the rest of your life. Ha ha. I'm sure there's a special place in heaven for junior saviors like you and your anti-everything friends.

Yet, you don't care if Kimmer has lied about being a foster mom? You don't care that she's collecting disability yet says she's "blessed with perfect health" and making over a million dollars at the same time? You really don't care about that, huh?

And thanks for the vote of confidence that I'll go to heaven. :)

At least I'm not trying to defend a compulsive liar who is going to kill someone with her insane diet advice. There's something definitely good about that. :)

We'll be celebrating the demise of a killer diet and the downfall of its charlatan creator...oh yeah, and maybe even celebrating having saved a life or two or three or four... Sounds good to me.

Won't take US years. The administration of justice may take years, but us, no. The Kimkins survivors and the families of those who have lost loved ones as a result of this deadly diet will have no problem finding a law firm to take on their class-action case on a contingency-fee basis (no win, no cost). Kimmer & Kimkins, on the other hand, will have to pay legal fees & disbursements out of their own pockets, and will have to pay their lawyers a fat retainer up front. Defending class-action lawsuits is very expensive. Now, that's going to hit the old Kimmer pocketbook, isn't it? Once the lawyers have taken over, those who have been fighting to bring to light the dangerous consequences of this diet will rest very well, thank you. But if you hear of another scamming, lying, medically untrained, sociopathic "diet" creator, let us know. We'd be glad to take them on.

There is. It's called Kimmerlessville.

Fluffybear, why bother with posting anonymously? Your "writing" style is unmistakable.

And we're supposed to PAY HER for ADVICE???

Don't let your friends, or even your enemies, do the Kimkins Diet! Encourage people who were members of Kimkins to join the Kimkins lawsuit!
